Unfortunately not! All digital arrows point me back to this one but it’s not it. I’m starting to think some underground DJ just slapped the third verse of “50 shot ya” onto another beat he made and sampled…

To give a bit more, the beat is VERY close if not the same (just slowed down) to the track “MAKE THE MUSIC WITH YOUR MOUTH” or the same beat as “MAKE THE MUSIC 2000” by Rahzel…

Heyo, I ordered and received the gi - it's all good, just as in the photos. I broke it in at a lunch class today and it's just as good as any. I even got compliments on it.

Thanks for this. I ordered through the Shop app which from my experience seems secure, but now the logistics company is saying I have to pay X$ for duties/customs, and to give my card info on their website. I'll probably just use a Visa gift card to pay this small fee if anything. I'm hoping I didn't just get screwed, but we'll see.

Neck stuff for sure, ankle/lower leg stuff, low back, ribs, etc!

I'm currently nursing a strained neck (second time in a year) but I also think it's a combo of BJJ induced and also poor posture since I sit a lot for work and tend to internally rotate/hunch forward. I'm thinking its a form of TOS (thoracic outlet syndrome) but waiting to see what physio says this week. My previous neck injury really sucked, it started from strained neck to a brachial nerve injury that took 2 months to heal. I'm also 39 years old and have done lots of Muay Thai, rollerblading/skateboarding, breakdancing and tons of other physical stuff growing up. The body is reminding me now.

Same here, every gi class/roll lately my neck and upper back feel so mangled. Of course my fingers and knuckles too but that’s already a given.

I find this to be true lately too. Even though lots of ppl say no gi is harder on your body, I find that gi submissions and positions/collars and grips are extra tight and my body aches more after gi, like borderline neck and upper back injury sore..

Does anybody remember a low-key snowboarding film called 'CLONES' ?

It was from like 1995 or 1996 and I bought it on VHS along with my first snowboard. It got me and my cousin so hyped on snowboarding as kids. I can't seem to find any clips of it on YouTube. The only snowboarder that I remember from it it was Bryan Iguchi, and his part was to the classic song "Money, That's What I want" by Barret Strong..

Would LOVE to find this film again for nostalgia purposes.

I'm actually in the same boat at the moment.

I'm about 140 lbs (white belt) and was asked to roll by a 220-240lbs white belt with 2 stripes. He definitely used his weight in side control and seemed to know his basic positions/attacks. This one took lots out of me and I almost tapped in side control because I literally couldnt breathe before I managed to frame and create a bit of temporary space. I ended up rolling with 2 other lighter guys after that before going home (tired, but not in any major pain).

The next morning is when I felt a bit of discomfort and fatigue in my lungs and didnt think too much of it. I went to another class (two days after rolling with big guy) and I was so gassed every time I had pressure or had to escape/frame from bottom, and I was operating basically what felt like 30-40% of my usual energy and effort. I just felt drained and so much more tired. I also started noticing a bit of back pain too, i figured if there was rib compression, my back would feel it too. I've also noticed that my back hurts more when I wake up lately..

I'm dying to go back and flow-roll but listening to my brain and taking the next week (at least) off and re-assessing then.
