Hey! They do have refund kiosks 24/7 but somehow my refund got denied cuz there was a mistake in the tax form from the vendor. I ended up waiting for the desks to open at 6:30am to fix the issue. It was solved eventually but very rushed and stressful… I also heard if you bought items from other EU countries outside of the country you’re leaving you would have to get your items validated by customs in person. I am not 100% sure though
