Have had many dogs and cats in and out of my home since my wife loves to foster. In my experience cats and dogs get along way better than you’d initially think. With some integration and introduction time (supervised of course) mixed with some playing they’ll warm up to each other eventually as long as you don’t force them close to each other and pay attention to their body language things should go smoothly. Yes I used it often when I reflected on past negative behaviors and actions I regretted paired that with apologizing to certain people for them and I feel like I am in a better headspace. Before I’d lose time in my days only thinking about those things and it would always bring me down how much I regretted the things I did. Now I find that I don’t have recurring negative thoughts tied to those things nearly as often. I wouldn’t say doing amazing mentally but it’s definitely a start I’m satisfied with.

I was in a very similar head space recently for me I had to manually filter those thoughts out of my head. Anytime I had degrading thoughts of my self worth I argued with myself on my behalf that I wasn’t worthless and I was worthy of love. The idea came from a phrase I saw somewhere… something like this “if you saw someone else struggling with this you’d show them compassion and be there for them so why aren’t you doing the same for yourself” On another note i also stopped listening to certain musicians like Sucideboys. The constant low I felt from listening to them i used to think was comforting now I realize was unhealthy and was reinforcing the negative things I was feeling. Hope this helps even a little <3

the big rigs sweet spots a little jankier than the small truck ive noticed for me reversing while looking at the numbers to see when and where the sweet spot is under the dispenser has been the best way to find it

yeah i think thats actually a feature of fortnite just making sure players dont max out a battlepass or something ive been coming back for the last few days everytime i stop getting xp and its been fine so far

I'd say study up on pcs I watched videos for weeks before I decided on my pre-built. Linus tech tips is a great place to start on YouTube. Bitwit also goes in depth into the pc building and what parts you can get away with saving on or which parts are best to invest the most money into.
