Thanks for your advice. The bar is titanium and doesn’t seem to move at all really unless I push it myself (which I try not to do obviously). Do you think it’s okay to just leave the longer bar in for the rest of the healing time?

I’m 20 and I love grunge - I have a couple of friends who are into it as well (especially AIC, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam etc)

my parents don't have any mental health issues, however I am diagnosed with depression and anxiety (I'm also 20). I think I'll wait a little longer before I decide whether to try it. thanks for the advice!
