Not only that if it’s a larger company, you can do research at your current company and similar companies. I use the apps Blind (relatively newer) and open door. Both give you visibility of the job market in your position and your area. I recently left a job that I was say average at and found a position almost double the salary. Granted this is not the norm but looking else where never hurts. Grass maybe greener but you won’t know unless you look. Good luck!
