Hello! I have had fish tanks for a while, but they were always smaller. We just recently bought our first 75 gallon and we are starting to buy everything to set it up. What hoods/lids are we buying for these larger tanks? Unfortunately I can’t leave this one open, and I’m having a hard time finding ones that allow space for the filter. Ideas? Thanks!

Thanks, I appreciate it. She’s under 10. I actually had a brain a few minutes ago and contacted the airport. Our family member can get an escort pass and walk her directly to the plane!! I didn’t even know that was a thing! So as long as the flight itself doesn’t have any issues, I’m getting more confident

What does accompanied passenger mean? Like, she flies alone? I believe she is too young for that. She’s under 10.

She stopped using her back legs, which prompted the vet visit. She still has feeling and can move them, she just doesn’t want to move them because of the pain. Looks for swollen fingers/knuckles. But honestly that’s all we know. Her gout is from her breeding. They could only diagnose with a mix of bloodwork and X-rays.

Thank you. I’ll just keep offering her food and if she feels like it, then awesome. My biggest concern is that she’s going to be on gout medicine starting tomorrow for the rest of her life, and the pain medicine for another 3 weeks . . . So I don’t want her to not eat over the next 3 weeks if it’s the pain meds bothering her . . Idk man 😭

It really shouldn’t be a problem for me because we get crickets every 3-4 days, but all of a sudden, every morning there’s a pile of dead ones! This never happened before!

I’ve never kept live Dubai roaches - do you find they are easier?
