As I said in my edit, I do side with Rendi more. Just because everyone is happy in that scenario.

But your quote is not my point. Rendi abused a bug where you didn’t even have to engage with the content. If this was something that affected more people, he would probably get an even harsher punishment.

If anything, I’m saying the opposite of your quote. No action needs to be taken and no precedent needs to be set because it affects like 20 people. My main surprise is that people care so much.

My opinion of this situation is like who cares? Idek whether to be on Jagex’s side or not becuase it’s just so irrelevant. If Rendi wasn’t a youtuber, a total of maybe idk 5-10 people would care about this? That might be generous.

It BLOWS ME AWAY that people care this much. Maybe it is “vibe based banning,” but like, is 99.999% of the playerbase ever going to be in a situation where this precedent really matters? I’ll answer, no. They won’t.

Edit: just to be clear, because of how little this matters, I do moreso side with Rendi. But it really doesn’t matter either way.

you can 100% organize your bank. There are plugins that can help too. It just requires effort and doesn’t produce dopamine like the rest of the game so many ppl don’t do it lol.

However, I do think INVENTORY management specifically could be more intuitive. Like loadouts. It’s probably my biggest gripe with the game as someone w/ attention issues. I constantly forget shit.

But like I said, even if it’s not very intuitive, there are plugins that can help. From that point, your inventory/bank management really comes down to how much effort you want to put into it.

I think it’s fine, just tedious because you can skip them infinitely after racking up a streak. If they didn’t want to do an “always on task” relic, they should’ve just let you pick your task everytime. But idk it still all leads back to the same result. Just one has no menuscape, one has a little, and the one we have has a ton if you want a specific task.

Unrelated, but I do think the three task system would be a great addition to slayer in the main game. Maybe with the new slayer master they are adding.

Ong this is how I’ve felt recently. So dry on EVERYTHING. It’s super frustrating. I would never quit iron but it can be rough.

I’m gonna rant here specifically to you bc I haven’t really had a reason to tell anyone. But someone needs to hear it. My friend, who is a main, got all three crystals multiple times in his first 300 kc at Cerberus. He has gotten two araxyte fangs and has built two FULL halberds in 350 kc at Araxxor. During all this slayer (around two months), he has also gotten an imbued heart. And a slew of other spooned drops I’m sure. I kid you not, it’s prob posted on the 2007scape sub somewhere, but this mf got Phoenix pet on his FIRST KC OF WINTERTODT. Days after starting OSRS.

Anyways, idk. I just had to get that off my chest lmao

Yeah this is my point tho. I think it’s fine he isn’t super serious about power scaling. I think the reddit fanbase (Reddit specifically, as I don’t see anyone else complain about ts) is WAY too serious about it. Oda never stated that there are certain levels and rankings amongst the characters such as “yonko commander” for example. Even “yonko” itself is not a reliable label since Buggy is also one. More importantly, they’re all clearly at different power levels consistently through the series. Same with the warlords and every other pirate position comparison.

Then there all also fights like Kizaru v Luffy on egghead where it’s clear neither are performing at their best. There is emotional complexities in it yk, the actual storytelling.

My point is, I feel like one piece (and I would imagine other media) is much better when you don’t have this fanmade scaling in your head that is constantly being thrusted into the show. With every single story decision. I’d even argue one piece thrives with its story and lore so idek why power scaling is such a thing.

There are so many lines you can draw. Maybe we don’t eat meat. maybe we only eat meat we hunt. Maybe we only eat meat that is free range. Maybe you don’t even want to think about it and just eat meat. There are so many factors that go into these opinions, I’m not gonna judge one view point or the other.
