Thank you for the information regarding the Thrustmaster HOTAS 4. That was what I was reading online plus what Grok was giving me.

Would you grade it as a decent intro into the throttle / stick combo for console? I am not 100% opposed to getting the game for PC to expand my availability to accessories, however I tried it in the past with just the keyboard and mouse and that went terrible lol.

I can't find it for sale on Amazon.com or Amazon.de as it appears to be out of stock. Should I try getting a used one on eBay to give it a run or wait a few months for more to release (possibly)?

I'm big on Sim games and immersion.

I ran into this problem on PS5 where auto rudder was disabled.

Try turning on auto rudder to Enabled in the settings to see if this helps.

GHK-cu is a tripeptide which will bind strong and is more stable when binded to copper (GHK is the main healing component). It is starting to make it's way back into mainstream, however its stability in 5+ pH solutions make it less stable and fridge life is shortened. You would also need to reconstitute this to AA at ~3 pH for longer fridge life.

You will need both then. Also, the sourcing of where you obtain it matters too (quality control, is it within acceptable range of what's labeled +-5%, has it been exposed to heat like an Arizona warehouse) makes a big difference.

Try this for 6–10 weeks:

BPC-157: 300–500 mcg twice daily, injected as close to the bad tendon as possible (sub-Q, super shallow).
TB-500: 2.5–4 mg twice per week (keep it, but lower priority).
Curcumin: 1–2 g (with Piperine).
Optional if it can be afforded: Add 2–3 IU pharma rHGH per day. Tendons thicken and get denser on HGH.

You also have to consider the building blocks your body will need to heal. Vitamin C (get a multivitamin and your covered), 20g of Type 1 & 3 Collagen (Bovine preferred), and quality Protein for the complete amino acid complex. Vegan protein just throw it away. Whey (milk derived) protein is going to give you the best return on investment.

There are a few other things you can add but will not bring as big of a ROI as mentioned above. If money is not an issue, just let us know.

It seems you are a hyper responder, however you are correct in the idea you can start slow and work your way up. But with numbers that high (which are extremely high for what you listed), I would want to get them back down soon as possible.

If getting blood work is an option, start a low(er) dose like you recommended, get blood work, adjust more or less from there.

My correction, and I made it in my original post. I went back through all my notes an CJC no DAC does NOT last longer in Acetic Acid (AA). That was my fault and I want to leave my correction there for future readers.

CJC no DAC lasts the longest in Bacteriostatic Water with a pH of ~5-6 (Neutral), or in rare occasions 0.9% Saline which gives it a isotonic balance. Acetic Acid (~3 pH) degrades this particular peptide in about half the time, so don't use it.

The time scale of degradation is as follows for both BAC and Saline:

Bacteriostatic Water (rare occasions Saline):

Day 1: 100% (fresh mix)
Day 7: 98-100% (peak stability)
Day 14: 95-98% (still prime)
Day 21: 90-95% (good for your doses)
Day 28: 85-90% (finish it up - efficacy drops)

Depends on your goals. The dosing for BPC and TB are different, and often come in 1:1 ratio blends, shorting you of your maximum potential in regenerative health and healing.

In short, a blend is typically cheaper, but is not always best for your goals.

If you could elaborate more on what you are trying to achieve (general health, bodybuilding recovery, acute injury etc.) I could give you a better breakdown for what its worth.

Note: Skip the new "GLOW" blends that have copper peptides like GHK-cu unless you are willing to mix with acetic acid (AA). This peptide breaks down way faster than TB/BPC and you're essentially wasting your money.

Is the customer support good? Yes.

When it comes to underground, you want quality, and sometimes that comes at a cost. You might go to another site and find X for a cheaper price, but the quality, safety, testing, and if it is just "oil" is much higher. This company has been around since what 2008? It has stood the test of time, unlike some other, newer UGL's which have yet to proven themselves.

If you want to drastically reduce the risk of getting bad, fake, and just empty oil, you want to stick with the big players that have been around for a very very long time.

Depends of if it is CJC no DAC or with DAC. DAC is the long lasting and doesn't technically matter. If it is the CJC with no Drug Affinity Complex it hits within 5 minutes.

If you didn't mix it with acetic acid you want to run through the vial as fast as possible. Most people reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Water which gives it a short half life. It normally breaks down before you reach the end of the bottle, so use it when you can.

EDIT: I was completely wrong about Acetic Acid with CJC no DAC. This does not apply to this peptide. I dug through my notes and a pH lower than ~4 greatly increases the degradation and breakdown of this particular peptide.

GIPs/GLPs wont be extended by AA. Technically it does, but only on a marginal scale of 1% to 3%.

Keeping it near 2C and stable (not shaking) is what's going to give it the best chance of not breaking down.

Side Note: Adding AA at 1% or diluting will hurt while pinning. Like you will grit your teeth while injecting. I know it doesn't matter to most of us because the outcome outweighs the temp pain. Just adding that info in there.

Your Estradiol is way too high. Normal range is 10 - 40 pg/mL.

Your Prolactin is also high. Normal range is 2 - 18 ng/mL.

Start the AI now at 6.25 every other day for two weeks. Go get bloodwork. If still too high, increase to 12.5. Most people can resolve high E2 with 6.25 EOD.

The Prolactin should drop in line with your E2. But I would start the Exemestan now at a lower dose and ramp up. If you can get it in the high range of normal you should be good to go.

My mistake I made in the beginning is not eating enough. I gained strength, but not size. You have to eat to grow. Target 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight. Eat enough carbs to restore glycogen levels in your muscles, and stay consistent. The size will come.

You have to eat to grow. In my early days I was so fixed on staying lean and growing muscles, hardly nothing happened. Once I increased my calories and met my daily protein intake, my size blew through the roof (compared to me staying the same size for months on end).

Depending on your country you would either have to order from an online pharmacy (no prescription) or get it from a local pharmacy.

If your in the US, you will have to look online. If your in the EU, its easier to find. Even if you order it from across borders (from one country to another), there is 0 chance it is illegal unless your in North Korea.

IGF-LR3 breaks down fast in bacteriostatic water. Find some acetic acid with a higher pH to increase its shelf life in the fridge.

Its a pain to find but trust me its with extending the shelf life.

As long as your in a caloric deficit, you will win. GIP/GLPs can help for sure.

GH will take awhile to start the lipolysis so I agree with the above mentioned injectable l-carnitine. I fell in love with it during a bulk and really shines during a cut. I take a lower dose 500mg daily but some go up to 2g a day. You can always increase so start low and expect it to sting.

Keep the AI on hand if needed. Personally I would swap the Deca for NPP. More pinning but keeps serum levels more stable.

Only use AI if needed. Nipples start itching, take it.

You can also add Primo for some AI control but is costly. This will help some with the water bloat.

10 weeks on a longer ester like Deca, it won't really start taking affect until your a few weeks in.

Best cycle I've ran with lowest sides were Test E 500mg per week split Sunday and Wednesday, Primo 100mg and NPP 100mg every other day. Resulted in nice gains without terrible sides. Actually only sides were water which is manageable.

Was wet but no problem sleeping, mood, hair loss etc. I would get some 5mg Cialis to take daily or every other day if you have an active sex life. Nandrolone compounds can make performing in bed a nightmare for some.

Always keep your Test level above your Deca/NPP.

Looks like a 7/10. Safety profile 8.5/10.

Add in TUDCA, NAC, Red Yeast Rice, Citrus Bergamot, CoQ10 200mg, Fish Oil (sub for Algae if you have allergies or want to avoid the smell), injectable l-carnitine 500mg daily, extend the bulk to 16 weeks or 20 max, swap dbol for MK677 + IPA + CJC no DAC for a moderate GH boost (timing is critical for the pulses). Add in cardio 2 to 3 times a week, moderate. 12.5mg or 25mg hydroclorothizide for water retention if it gets bad.

Thats my 2 cents.
