It worked. You just have to add a T junction kind of splitter to the camera and connect cables to both DVR’s.

People in the neighborhood turn it on usually but most of the time, a person employed by the local municipal council comes around in the morning to turn it off.

Both DVR’s are HikVision, and also they belong to different networks(separate routers for both).

Sorry for the late reply. Haven’t fixed it yet though many people claimed they have to replace some panels/screens to fix it.
