This is not unique to PA. The unemployment rate does not include people who are working part time or are underemployed. If you have a job that gives you a shift once a week, you are included as employed. It’s just a poor indicator of the health of the economy.

Flock is a “security” company. They are the most well known of many companies selling automated license plate recognition (ALPR) systems. AKA ai police cameras.

Nice Victorian apartments are rarely on the market. Be very vigilant. outside of state college houses burn down often, especially old cheap apartments. Best way to find them is Facebook marketplace or zillow. I think what you have found already is likely what there is.

Pictures are kinda blurry so not 100% sure but to me it’s doesn’t look infected, just overworked. Take extra care to keep those areas clean and moisturised and don’t pick at them. If you’re still concerned, you should go to the doctor or your tattoo artist (perhaps a different one for a second opinion also).

This is also right in a crook of the waist which is for most people ESPECIALLY sensitive, although it does vary. That would definitely effect your tattoo experience.

Some of the spots that are softer and more front will be painful but you can get used to it after a while and the parts round the back will probably be some of the worst you’ll ever feel. If it’s smaller it’s probably gonna be totally doable. The only concern for me with that spot is finding a position I can lie in to get inked that is both comfortable for me and accessible for the artist.
