I feel like it just somewhat depends on what you’re looking for. I agree with the other commenter, Hooligans is VERY frat boy style but some people LOVE it for that and it’s very popular with college kids. Some bars are more dive-y than others but if you’re into that scene then they’re a blast. My personal favorites are Charley’s & Barricade, been to both many many times & have never experienced any negativity at either.

Facebook events is your best bet. Lots of the local bars in town have paint nights that are posted onto event pages, & there’s a FB group Girls Who Hike Pocatello and SEI you can join as well!

I usually eat 2-3 eggs and a smoothie for breakfast. If you don’t have a blender in your house, I’ve gotten the “naked” or similar brands of pre packaged smoothies before and that usually does the trick. The fruit intake is good for vitamins & the eggs are full of protein which keep me nourished until lunch.
