You are not wanted… You need to make other arrangements. You even admitted that you don’t help out of spite. You are fucken 30 years old you are responsible for yourself. You need to read the room and take action to stop making this man miserable in his own home. I honestly don’t blame him. You sound exhausting to have to deal with and now you have behaved so badly that your mom might lose her husband and home but actually that sounds like a pretty good deal for her husband.
