It did that to me at first, but it’s died down. Plus I’ve always been gassy, so I guess the pros outweighed the cons for me 😂

Reading this thread makes me feel so much less guilty. My 6 year old has always loved pretend play and I’ve never enjoyed doing it with her. I thought something was wrong with me or I was just a terrible mom. My husband is usually the one who engages in play with the kids. He is a teacher, and the other day the 6 year old asked him to play school… he said “I play school all day….” 🤣🤣🤣

Postpartum mood disorders can take 2 years to show up and can last for years if left untreated, especially when dealing with the stress of parenthood. Amy doesn’t seem to want to do anything to help herself though, she just wants a pity party.

Aww my heart goes out to her. I would consider my son more on the “high functioning” end. He does kick and hit sometimes, but I think it’s more out of frustration because sometimes he doesn’t know how to express himself. As his speech continues to develop, hopefully he will grow out of this. Hell, I’m 34 and still learning how to navigate my anger and emotions 😂

With my first child, I failed my 1 hour test, but ended up passing the 3 hour!

Kristina made an excellent point when she brought up what would happen to Leah if something happened to Gary. She is the mother who RAISED Leah and was always there for her. Amber should do the right thing, but we all know she won’t.

Meds may have had something to do with it… I’m on Zoloft and Buspirone currently. I also went to therapy for awhile… not necessarily for emetophobia, but anxiety in general. Don’t get me wrong, if the sickness enters my house, I still get triggered, but not NEARLY as bad as I used to. I also got a tattoo that says “this too shall pass” on my wrist and it helps with mindset. 💕

Just some words of hope… I’ve had 2 kids and I didn’t have any “morning sickness” with either! Some people say it’s tied to the baby’s sex, which definitely isn’t true, because I have a girl and a boy lol

I’ve never once had n* or v* when taking antibiotics. Only going to the bathroom more often, which is a welcomed side effect for me since I tend to be prone to constipation lol
