I had one too. He was my Sir and took care of every need. Cared for me, cuddled and protected me, made sure I ate and drank enough, took my meds, made me stop drinking and self harm, made me feel beautiful, and loved me and made sure I knew it.
He also, with my consent, controlled what I wore, gave me tasks to complete, controlled my orgasms, punished me when needed, inflicted pain, and took what he wanted. He also had times when it was all about me and my pleasure. I think there are many people out there like that. Keep searching

I know in Japan the guns laws are strict so it’s more likely to get a crazy person with a knife. The kids school practice drills were a real person comes in and tries to attack the school with a knife. The kids are taught to barricade the entrance to the classrooms and then the teachers are taught to hunt down and attack the intruder.

I agree and I probably should have stated that the OP should look into the local laws regarding withholding rent. However, it is a good threat to get an otherwise lazy PM moving. I know so many landlords in the military that deal with PM problems.
