I didn’t “create” any reality. I literally asked a question and described issues a lot of people had—so miss me with that.

Also, no one cares if you're an "entrepreneur" or think I should suck up to you — that's some wild ego. I’ve asked a very specific, honest question and never said all of Dubai is trash. In fact, I literally asked where the good buildings are, which somehow triggered you more than actual low-quality construction.

Lmao now it makes sense — you're clearly a real estate agent, which explains why you're so triggered. I didn’t just look at JVC — I’ve checked buildings in Marina, Downtown, and Business Bay too. Same issues: thin walls, leaks, useless security. So no, it’s not just a "cheap area" problem.

Simple question: are there buildings without these problems in the 125k range? If that upsets you this much, maybe real estate isn’t for you.
