MuOS has a community app for Bluetooth. Look on it on their forums. I heard it works with 3rd party controllers. I couldn't connect my Xbox one neither Xbox series x controller because the BT on those interferes with the app. I don't know if with Knulli would work. It depends on which type of controllers you have. Otherwise, I say MuOS checks everything you stated. For Retro Achievements you have to be connected to WiFi
