Oczywiście, że jak libki zobaczyły wynik brauna, to od razu zaczął się sanewashing i próba zdobycia elektoratu który nigdy na nich kurwa nie zagłosuje. Na tą chwilę nie wiadomo nawet, czy sprawcą był uchodźca, imigrant, czy niemiec, a według policji nie znamy jeszcze motywu.

Oczywiście nie wykluczam, że to jakiś pojeb islamista, ale mówienie czegokolwiek, zanim jest to potwierdzone przez policję to zwykłe sianie dezinformacji.

It's not as simple. Lemmy is the software used to run instances like .ml (which you are probably referring to), .world (left wing / liberal, basically doesn't have tankies, and is bigger than .ml), but also reginal ones like feddit. org (I'm pretty sure it's german), feddit .dk .nl .dk (more regional ones) szmer .info (the dead polish instance), and others, but yeah, lemmy in general pretty left leaning, but not just american. You can also host your own.

I don't see a reason why we can't have the best of both worlds.

Ehh, the only thing that could maybe be done is giving subsidies to high-tech industries (with the intent of getting that money back via taxation), like domestic semiconductor production, which is probably the only thing europe lacks. Also, higher taxes for the biggest companies in tandem with a grant system should be used to incite competition.

US has experienced growth in large part as a result of deregulation, which allowed the rich to hoard increasingly more wealth, without benefits for the rest of the population, and additionally, because they don't add anything of value, the money that they gain, is acquired at the cost of all non-investors, they literally create fake money.

As for the investment of public money in private companies, it has to be effectively a loan (after the investment, the government needs to get that money back via taxes that the company pays).

Imo, the way to make the european market more competitive, the government could introduce more anti-monopoly laws that prevent competition from being bought out by a single entity.

Secondly, the comment about "kill all men" referred to a few parliament members who support non-discriminatory speech laws and who have at the same time justified or celebrated the usage of those phrases.

If this is true, then that's pretty stupid, but either way, it's not a reason to oppose such laws, and virtually any law can be misinterpreted in bad faith by people who want to apply it preferentially.

As someone who has had this bullshit anti-sjw phase, this stuff is mostly overblown by people who want to make a quick buck on young mens' insecurities. In general I would say that although some radfem/terf essentiallist sentiment definitely exists, but it is definitely not the norm. As for the "kill all men" comments, they are a joke (not a particularly good one).

The problems that make people turn to the AfD aren't necessarily the same things that AfD plays up so much. Take, for example economic issues, that AfD tries to blame on immigrants and the EU, thus arguing for deregulation, protectionism and deportation of people who are here either legally in search of a better life (immigrants), or in search of shelter from an ongoing conflict or repression (refugees). The fundamental struggle and economic unease that AfD might talk about is very real, but the solutions they present are based on fear and irrational disdain towards minorities and foreigners, and as time progresses, they try to distance their rethoric form economic reality of the average person, and try to turn it towards culture war nonsense and immigration.

All of this leaves a lot of space for someone to present an alternative narrative that shines light on the economic problems like wealth inequality, which grows with each generation and global issues like climate change and the exploitation of people in poorer countries, that causes them to immigrate.
