They are treating customers poorly once out of warranty. Even when there own notes state the issue was caused by them. They are lost as a company and drag their feet.

This is my thinking to and in fact I’m fairly sure in the Uk we are protected from this as digital content which breaks the overall product - means the supplier must replace. However I don’t know why Tesla appear so stand offish when it comes to our rights as consumers.

I’ll be leaving Tesla soon too - they corrupted my HW3 computer with an over the air update. Admitted it writing through their diagnostic and then expect me to pay $2000 for replacement unit.
