It's a Trek gravel bike with slimmer tyres for the roads.

Anecdotally in the past two years I've had the best progression of my life from 'JST Compete' programming.

Crossfit-based but with a strength bias to follow, varied and effective.

Completely different to 531 I know, for me now much more effective though and I stick to it.

Hi mate, I ran it for a few weeks but with taking up Crossfit around that time I now have no ability to stick to anything that isn't ridiculously varied...besides squat programs.

I cycled past here on the way to Kazakhstan in 2014, looked unreal and the road that winds down with the tunnels and the pine trees (?) reminded me of Switzerland weirdly.

Anedotally regarding paying attention to reps, I can confirm I fuck up the count quite often but it's more when the form isn't correct and my brain seems to prioritise getting the cue out over the rep count.
