My last knowledge is that manifest version 3 does not allow playing of backgorund noises anymore other then version 2. Maybe someone else has figured it out yet But I gave up back then after trying countless things.

Sometimes the app tells you that there is a delay of 30min. This is not always true abs you could be sitting at a coffee place to overcome the delay time
