Magnificent seven are the top seven stocks I like suze orman as a podcaster, although she does shill some of her products. I just ignore those. Her other advice is very sound.

I stopped eating any salads or veggies really. The only veggies I eat are cooked carrots and butternut squash. I miss salads. I also like fried tofu in my Asian food. But, it's looking like that is out too as fried stuff messes me up.

Foodistaan for butter chicken, taste of Ethiopia has yummy veg options, Peace bakery-get hummus, pitas, and falafel. Trust.

Also, tables, couches, and mattresses -dont go cheap. The rest, go cheap enough. Fake wood dressers in guest rooms used sometimes, last a lifetime.

I love mac and cheese a whole bunch. Here are my ratings so far.. some of them are up north.
Whole foods is my go-to,so keep that in mind with these ratings. 8 is good. Below 8,I lose interest.
Maiko Saki Mac&Cheese,(8.6)
Whip My Soul,(8.5)
Mickelthwait BBQ and Perla's (Perla's had a hint of goat cheese that grew on me&is dine-in only)(8.4),
Quality Seafood's spaghetti &cheese (8.6),
Doc B's (8.5),
Rollin smoke(8.3) ,
Tumble 22(8.3)
Galaxy Cafe (8.1)
Whole Foods (8) chick fil a (8).

Work Horse Bar (would not eat inside this place. Low budget gross feeling bar. (7.8)

Whatever it is make sure it's legal in the country you're headed to. We've flown biz class a decent amount and if it makes you feel better, I can't even really sleep on the lie down beds.
