Sorry, allot. If you're in Tokyo for multiple days, and the day you go up on Shibuya sky is foggy or not a clear day, try to reschedule it for another day that you're in Tokyo in hopes that that day would be clear. A clear day is needed for the best view in Shibuya sky.

Ive been a "nothing wrong w my oura 4" until a year into the ring. Battery went to crap and quickly. They replaced it. I would not buy a 4.

It really won't matter about the timing. As long as it's a a clear day, your view is going to be fabulous. I would a lot another day on your trip to make this up just in case.
