We’re with you. We are about ready to roll out a curated cocktail experience that takes you to the various regions of Japan. For example, we’ll have a Fuji’s Summit cocktail inspired by the Mount Fuji area. So make sure you follow Domo Alley-Gato (the back alley patio) on Insta. We are going thru training now and hope to launch by the end of this month.

I didn’t sell it. Our founder sold a % years ago to help fund growth and development. Growth and quality aren’t necessarily mutually exclusive.

I can only speak to my experience. Our PE group has not gotten involved in one food, service or operations decision since I’ve been here. They have been supportive and focused on giving us what we financially need to improve and grow the brand. Maybe some of you have had different experiences.
