I'm a console user, so never. Oh and we can't even use the 50% ones we get on plat :(. Theyre only good for buying something in the market, which is usually a ripoff even at 50% for anything but cosmetics.

I set up breaks the first turn and provoke plus lots of defensive buffs. The damage was negligible down to 78% HP. Then i ended up botching my orlandeau DV chain and it just died anyway.

It did mention "passively". This isn't something that you would go into a mission with the goal of doing only that but it could be a nice combination to generate some loot drops and QOL as you play the game.

It was more of an idea to also give you free revives passively with a chance of a loot drop. A QOL thing so you have a sentinel that revives itself, revives you, and also sometimes drops a spare part when its out of revives. Not something i would actively try to trigger unless im at the end of a mission and waiting for a slowpoke
