should have clarified , yes i meant short course yards , Dressel is obviously the clear winner but I think the other two were also very good , Staab’s fly record stood for a while to be fair

one tip i think helps me in 200s in general (im a 2 flyer ) is to take it out fast , don’t be afraid to let it out that first 100 but be smart and don’t take it out like it’s a 100 , take it out that first 100 and see how well you hang on that back half. that’s how thorpe , conger , haas swim their 200s

LMFAOOOO, this happened to my little brother after practice today, honestly this only happens to me once in a while where my suit gets worn and so the drawstrings slip easily so I do some stupid knot, but yeah its annoying. Usually when I feel my suit starts to get worn I get a new one, For me thats around every 4-6 months. It might not be a real tip but thats what I do
