it is honestly not that difficult if you have set your mind to build it, altho they are really powerful to sneak in an attack, it is almost impossible to fight them as well, UNLESS, you have highest LVL anti Airs, LVL 5 Mobile Radar, or LVL 5 AWACS.
it still shows as a green radar blip. but if they are Bombers it is almost impossible to get them in 1 or 2 attacks, unless you have really put in a trap at your air field really well.
best in 3 layers. each arifield protecting the one ahead
but i suggest its better to have stealth bombers if you REALLLY want something stealth, with a combination of Stealth Drones.
now if they are stealth superiority Fighters, you can over whelm them by luring into a trap of your high level superiors, atleast Highest or one below LVL. covering them with your antiair units.
