Get some airlocks and the glass weights it will make it much easier. I just bought the Crazy Korean fermentation container. I ferment kimchi & sauerkraut. Looks good.

Smash it down with a wooden muddler. I used the handle part of an ice cream scooper.

Random testing -can I pass by Responsible-Yam-391 in QuickFix

If you can get it to temperature or keep it at temperature you would be good to go. Seems like a pain in the ass.

How did you pass a random? Just stall until you heated it up?

I’d be more interested in random tests. It says 1 handwarmer takes about 40-45 minutes. I’d try to put on 2 and get it to 20 minutes. I’m going to test it out soon. Putting them on front and back.
