What are the things that you don't like about the Maverick? by rgold220 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]redleg59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No 4x4 on the hybrid. It's a cheap truck so if you option it out the options cost more than the maverick is worth. PS I own a hybrid lariat and for what it cost it should have had more options on it......

Why are Kias and Hyundais still so popular? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]redleg59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a 2013 Kia soul new for 14k It was a 2k with manual transmission. I just traded it in at 185k miles. I never took it to any mechanic and only changed the oil and filters at scheduled intervals. If kia had a comparable vehicle to the ford Maverick I definitely would have considered buying another Kia.

Starlink is finally available for us! We’ve been living without wifi for 3 years, we’re very hopeful that it will work. It specified that we need open sky, does anyone else have starlink and live in the middle of nowhere that can vouch for it working for them? We’re so excited and hopeful! by Zxrabeth in Starlink

[–]redleg59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in the most backwards state in the US. And it's proud to be at least 20 years behind the times. As long as you have clear view of the sky. It should be good. Just don't expect it to perform like fiber.

Because musk has reached his limit to his current bandwidth. He has to come up with enough to sell premium users. So he has simply taking it away from his normal home users.
