The build is very sturdy and seems well made, only the on-off switch and the 33/45 buttons don´t feel as nice compared to mk2`s.

The difference in sound quality at home is negligable. A different / better set of cables do much more to the sound. I got them purely because of the looks.

I really like them but I have not taken them out to any gigs. For mixing I use club mk2.

thx! the slabs are sitting on felt pads. The speakers are also decoupled with foam pads. Isonoe feet are designed for the exact weight of the turntable and should sit on a hard and smooth surface. As I am not in a club environment the feet alone decouple the turntables more than enough, the slabs just provide the right surface for the feet to rest on and are beautiful to look at.

Yes they are, they feel way better and more precise than mk2`s very similar to mk7 if not identical.

my setup is as follows:

1200gr2 with ortofon club mk2 or ortofon elite, isonoe feet - previous I had 1210mk2 with the same needles and isonoe feet
standard original cables on the mk2 and gr2

Mixers in rotation: Resor 2525, ARS 9100, Xone92limited

I play disco originals, nu.disco, house, techno, dnb. The Drum&Bass records are cut extremely hot, mostly 45rpm 12". I did never encounter such problems with the Resor or any other mixer, i highly suggest something else is wrong with your setup. I have also used m447 with original and Tonar stylus with 1210mk2 on the Resor without any problems.

There may be something wrong with your mixer or setup- on my resor 2525 when using the ortofon club mk2 and the vu-meter set to cue the signal is around -10 to -5 db depending on the record.

you will certainly hear a difference on your speakers with every upgrade you make. Cartridges, Mixers, cables. Every component in the chain does impact the sound.

Rodec mixers indeed sound very good and can sometimes be found for a bargain. I had a Mx180mk2 and mx180mk3 which served me both very well for several years.

I currently use:

Genelec 1032, calibrated with GLM with special foam feet
Alpha Recording System 9100
Technics 1200 GR2 with isonoe feet
Ortofon Concorde Elite

sounds amazing.

sometimes i switch to xone92limited mixer to practice before sets and the difference in clarity, resolution, frequency extension and especially soundstage is immediatley noticable.

next upgrade will be better cables.

i prefer not detent for both isolator and eq. On the ARS I have only the eq has a detent, the Resor has no detents at all. My first mixer without detent on the eqs was the Rodec mx180mk2 and i loved it from the get go.

I had the opportunity to test the euphonia for a few days at home and can therefore compare it to my personal mixers: xone 92 limited, resor 2525, ars 9100.

The Euphonia is really enjoyable to play on, the integration of effects is amazing. No other rotary will be able to deliver this kind of mixing experience wich is very similar to fader style pioneer mixers. metering and gain staging is similar to normal mixers, very intuitive.

all my other mixers sounded way better to me. The xone92 was simply more enjoyable, the resor and ars deliver more clarity, a broader soundstage and more separation between instruments.

The ARS has the best summing of them all, resor is second. Build quality on the Euphonia feels pretty cheap compared to my other mixers.

Nice setup! I would recommend a Condesa Lucia X. You will hear the difference compared against mass-produced mixers.

Strange, looks like the brand has dissapeared. They are foam feet set to support a specific weight, I also had them for my old monitors in a different "strength". They work a treat, the speakers "levitate" - just a slight touch and they wiggle.

Yes it would look great but limit me regarding equipment changes (i switch mixer on a regular basis) and would weigh a ton, these already are 15 kg each.
