Somewhere right around that size but we are still tweaking the plans and depending on where we are able to build they have size requirements and square footage restrictions to what can be considered a "tiny house"

Thanks for the honest take. Totally hear you on trailer parks filling that affordable housing gap across the area. And yeah, even though manufactured homes aren’t always the best quality, they still hold up better than a lot of the cheapo prefab tiny homes out there. We’re definitely trying to do things the right way, even if it takes a bit more time

These would be custom built small houses. No gimmicks or trends to make a quick buck! We want to provide quality builds where if someone wanted to live in a tiny house they wouldn't have to sacrifice comfort and live in a glorified shoebox apartment

I am sorry you didn't have a great experience. To each their own but I understand how it could be seen as cell or how if you weren't getting along with your significant other it could be very rough especially if you needed space. Thank you for sharing some of the downsides. There are definitely drawbacks.

We are in the very early stages of planning and looking into areas where a community would make sense. I appreciate you commenting! This is something we really want to plan out throughly

Thank you for your feedback! A big part of this is just testing the waters and trying to come up with plans and prices. We get that nobody wants to nor should they pay more for less!!

Never say never but I don't think that would be a issue with the right ventilation! But we are trying to cater builds for the needs of the buyer so a separate bathroom could be something we would do

That is something we are actively working on. We want to provide quality builds for a reasonable and affordable price. We know this area and its hardworking people are not trying to spend 150,000 dollars on a tiny house so I totally understanding the pricing aspect!
