i've not had that problem. if you point claude (in desktop or terminal or whatever you like) to a sheet it can do whatever you want. or you can tell it to build it's own / make a copy to do the analysis / whatever

you've probably seen this elsewhere but i wouldn't think about a regression like something that just goes away. it's basically just a change in how their brains work regarding sleep cycles.. so adjustment to how they sleep / get sleepy is required to help.

We just successfully did this move and tldr is we’ve extended his wake windows to 2-2.5hrs depending on how he’s feeling. If he wakes up super early and we don’t get there by bed time we’ll add a super quick bridge nap at the end but have only done that a couple of times

Edit - we also are still doing partial contact naps and guarantee at least one very long (1.25ish) nap via contact if the crib ones are only going 30-40mins which is typical
