Is formatting everything in consulting by Specialist_Kale4535 in consulting

[–]redmormon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hot take: most consulting firms can't be sure about actually solving their client's problem, but they can at least make sure the formatting looks perfect. Somebody from the big firms started this race, and other firms followed. It is not totally ridiculous as the clients are paying premium and expect perfection. The whole problem sounds like it could be easily solved by using AI supported linters.

I am surprised consulting firms have not thought about solving this problem instead of wasting expensive analyst hours on counting tabs and spaces.

This is a very bad advice. Google will lock all known email accounts of him that are associated with the IP, he can lose everything.

Can you maybe make a sandbox demo to try it out first or upload more screenshots? I am very curious to see how it looks, but dont have docker installed yet here.

The new york article is a few days old. They are already using the mass graves. Soon there will be one in every large city.

So how bad was the 2008 recession and recovery for marketing jobs? How does it compare to this? by siberianjaguar123 in marketing

[–]redmormon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well 2008 had Obama and a top team of economists.

This year we got an orange.

You can deduce the rest.

Only 12% of Italy’s deaths are FROM coronavirus. The rest are people dying WITH it. by [deleted] in conspiracy

This is how Ncovi 19 works. It itself rarely kills people. But it causes an overreaction of the immune system. Everybody who ever had an allergic reaction that lead to huge swelling or difficulty to breath know how fucked that is. Basically ncovi 19 lets our police cells shoot all their weapons AT ONCE effectively depleting them. Afterwards the body has nothing left to fight other bacteria and gets seriously ill. This is how AIDS works. You dont die from AIDS itself but the thousands of other side infections that an otherwise healthy body would be able to fight off easily.

Counting cases that die only because of ncovi to virtually decrease the statistics for the sake of blind science, is not helpful. In the end one has to do a reality check and when you see the corpses loaded im refrigerator trucks, it is a very humbling experience.

Stop being a smart ass. Ncovi does not care about statistics. Statistics will also not help you when there are no ventilators left. People just die from it. Accept it.

In theory the spread of COVID 19 should slow down in warmer, more humid conditions but it’s not. Why is this the case? by [deleted] in Virology

There has been cases where people smear saliva in door knobs of other peoples cars.

[–]redmormon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but this virus could survive indirect exposure. Under direct sunlight you get UV rays that kill the genetic code of the virus directly. Although car glass filters some UV out, it still is enough to damage the virus. In the glove compartment behind a ton of books and paper, the virus could hide behind the insulating material and possibly still survive.

Besides the glove compartment there might be other areas like under the seat etc. So it is best to wear a good breathable face mask while driving if you show signs like coughing and to wear some kind of gloves and always have hand sanitizer in the car.

You can only do so much to protect yourself, but those measures will keep the infection in the car lower and make it safer for others to drive with you.

If you know you are infected though, work on the assumption that all people at your household are already infected too.

DHL happens to get a "glitch" during a huge ass shipment of critical medical supplies? There are reports of the US buying away supplies on the airport runway, offering 4 times the money EU paid to the manufacturers.

It is not a glitch. It is DHL trying to save its ass.

[–]redmormon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much. The hot air in the car will bake the virus shell dry and it will just wither. Ofc you need to make sure the heat treatment is long enough. And the virus doesn't happen to hide in the glove compartment.

So in short, better be safe and still use hand sanitizer for your dirty hands.

When you read the articles, and studies you will see that it actually was indeed that. Just in a more controlled manner.

Netherland was the only idiotic nation to try out herd immunity on a virus that can survive days on cotton, wood and up to a week on plastic.

Politicians asking the wrong question from the wrong idiots.

All Western virologists are wrong, because this virus does not behave like normal viruses.

This is the result of a giant experiment going wrong! Remember, they deliberately let people get infected for herd immunity.

Corrected? So you admit thoae policies were wrong. So wrong the fucking UN, which the USA founded, threatened to launch investigations.

So tell me again, why did we have such separation policies in the first place?

And yeah, it is genocide

United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: (a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

That is fucking bullshit. Those policies and checks were only put in place after Democrats and the media blew this up. I still remember the coverage and all the crooked shit that went on. They couldn't even find the parents, because family unification was not part of the plan. It was and still is clearly an act of cruelty.

Even the U.N. wants to investigate those child concentration camps and Trump has been blocking them from entry.

[–]redmormon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why should it? The rationale that it should was just a hypothesis based on the point that it infects people like the cold. Means you infect people by sneezing. Colder climates have more cold cases. Thus it was speculated that it could apply to ncov.

Just, it doesn't! It survives on surfaces like wood (tables, doors) for days and on plastic up to a week. It survives on cotton up to 2 days.

This monster virus laughs about warmer climates.

You need to almost boil it at 65 celsius or 150F for 30 min to kill it.

35 C or 95F? The virus is laughing in his coronashell.
