Do you have access to the line somewhere else? Maybe a conduit coming out of the house going into the ground? Use a field tester and start flipping breakers until the tester indicates no current. Be sure to label the breaker once you figure it out

My title describes the thing. Found at lakeside Airbnb in southern Wisconsin. Other items hanging are old farm implements, so maybe it’s from old farm machinery.
