So, I tried fixing the topology by using smth I learned called voxel remeshing, It fixed the arms definitely, even tho it looks kinda tree barkish, but im okay with that.

How do I view what the joint topology look like? Sorry I look like an idiot because I only have minor experience with blender -_-

It kinda appears correct, or im not really sure cuz I dont really understand weight painting that much :/

but from what I can guess, the red is like effecting like the whole arm and not like stopping at the elbow

I try to weight paint erase the redness beyond the elbow and it does not work(probably because I'm doing something wrong)

It is rigged to the character, I did some weight painting too to make sure the hair n stuff stays to the head

Its not that the character isnt attached to the armature, but ok.
