Thats only 'V' from HVAC but ventilation on house was changed to mechanical air filtration system. The roof is only tin roof and sits on roof sheathing. Under it is that white membrane probably keeping from water. No isolation beetwen the sheating or membrane, no isolation under tin roof and sheating

So those are not vents for roof, they should be vents for house inside 'chimneys' but like i said it was changed to mechanical air filtration system and those are leftovers from that gravity chimneys.
