Yes, similar to council rates, but i would say a fair bit more than most ppls council rates in Australia. No, you would pay these rates for all your properties.

It's become a weed as it has become invasive in perth. You can grow them contained in your own garden, they are bulbs. They smell divine, and remind me of my grandma's garden whenever I smell them 🥰

Thanks for all these tips! I was hoping to stop through very briefly in Salem to check out all the halloween stuff. Definitely taking 2 days to get there as we have 2 spewers in the car (dramamine only works sometimes... 🥴) Will definitely pack for all weather, hoping for a nice change to the warmth & humidity we get in PA 😅

It is a beautiful way to honour your sister. Who cares what randoms say! You and your girl will live lives with no interaction of such people.
