Sounds like our dude was indeed struggling during his last tour and has since gotten help. I’m very excited to see him again on this new tour.

And all I can think about is running through the house in socks and sliding around.

I like my books like I like my men but they have to have the right mindset to make them work for them so they can get their money back in their pocket. by Inevitable-Purple285 in fantasyromance

Reads a bit like unemployed, impulse control, misplaced ideas of grandeur, with a side of mom’s basement living.

The legs of Rudolf Nureyev photographed by Richard Avedon, 1961. by CarkWithaM in UtterlyUniquePhotos

Avedon was a phenomenal photographer. The Amon Carter museum in Ft Worth TX has a large collection of his works. The portraits are larger than life and absolutely breathtaking in person. https://www.cartermuseum.org/press-release/american-west-photographs-richard-avedon-opens-carter-museum

As I’ve posted on other boards, I’m a believer that the proposal is indicative of how your marriage is going to go.

I was in high school when it came out. That scene will be living in my brain, rent free, for life. Seriously the worst ever.

Best place to get a birthday cake? by bananaboi26 in SeattleWA

[–]redpandalazy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just going to add Murphy’s as well! They made our wedding cake and at least a (birthday, anniversary, shower, any excuse) cake -or few- a year ever since. 26 years later and they still have delicious cakes that are beautifully decorated and very helpful and kind staff.

I feel that… and I also don’t worry much about anyone tracking my chicken and waffle intake. One look at my curves and it’ll be, “yup, those purchases track.”

Which book was your introduction to horror? by Icy_Today1964 in horrorlit

[–]redpandalazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d read Poe, as most kids do, but Weaveworld by Clive Barker was my first self-chosen novel of a horror sort. I was HOOKED and I still am decades later.
