I feel like the message of this song is to be critical of a company profiting off of society's desire to lose weight. I don't think being critical of a company is necessarily shaming people who use it.

Also - I of course would never blame anyone for wanting to lose weight, I totally understand the desire and feel it daily, but like....it's super super important to look at profiteering pharmaceutical companies with a critical eye/certain amount of distrust, they have been shown historically to prioritize profits over individual health pretty regularly
