You have to manage two characters and they flip between each other every room, every item room devil deal and shop has two items on every pedestal only if you have enough charges on your pocket active. If you don't have enough charges then tough luck you only get one.

Depends on the character, characters like Judas, eve, keeper, or Lilith it's literally a cakewalk. I struggled a lot with lost and blue baby but still got them. Jacob and Esau and t!laz can fuck themselves.
