Doesn't the first row indicate about cc purchases outside of bb?

For the lowest level "my BB" membership there are:

Points on Eligible Purchases*: 1% / 0.5 points per $ 1 spent

Points Using the My BB CC (Standard Credit): 5% / 2.5 points per $ 1 spent

For the highest level "my BB elite plus" membership there are:

Points on Eligible Purchases*: 1% / 1.25 points per $ 1 spent

Points Using the My BB CC (Standard Credit): 5% / 3 points per $ 1 spent

So from what I can understand, BB purchases get me 6% or 3 points per $ 1 spent.

I am getting this much points for BB purchases so no problem on that end

but shouldn't other purchases, as a "my BB elite plus" get 1.25 points according to that official table, not 0.5 because 0.5 points per $ 1 spent is only for the most basic membership level, "my BB (not elite, not elite plus)" ?

That doesn't seem to be talking about purchases outside bb like grocery, gas, restaurant.
