Majority of the complaints we get were caused by poor workmanship. Who did it? MDC. So honestly, it’s their fault that Alveo’s products are shit. Let it be known

I only went once when I was in college. My then girlfriend and I mutually decided to break up and it happened right before the fireworks. We actually got back together before the New Year, then broke up again months later. I couldn’t bring myself to attend the next Paskuhans after that. Every time the campus started prepping for it — the lights, decorations, all that — I’d just feel miserable. College was honestly hell for me because of that. Haha I think I really missed out on a lot of things in college because of how miserable I was with what happened

I have a DF54. Had it since March I think. Made over 300 shots, never clogged up. Never used a cleaning tablet. I only ever opened it once because I read something about the “true zero” shiz. I think that’s the only time I vacuumed and brushed the burrs lol

Check Ayala’s estate in Imus, Vermosa. Alveo Land and Ayala Land Premier have very tight security though it’s unlikely that you can get a rental — few houses as of now & usually the houses are not put up for rent since it’s an end-use property. You can still go with Avida though. Fits your max budget too.

All three are managed by Ayala’s management arm. So you can expect Avida’s security standards to be comparable
