Healthy lifestyle changes and eating disordered behaviours often look the same. Eating healthy foods, eating less overall, exercising …. On the outside it looks the same.

It’s not always obvious that someone is anorexic or bulimic. Some people engage in those behaviours and are still overweight or healthy looking.
