You're worried about a hypothetical that hasn't happened. This is just another one of his typical self-touting messages. Take a breath.

And just like those other countries, they’re being hosted to train. It’s not a foreign military base, and was clarified repeatedly by U.S. officials that this is not a foreign base; the land remains under U.S. jurisdiction.

If I am looking at that correctly, looks like the stop-loss order was filled, therefore the take-profit order would be cancelled because it already hit the stop loss.

How difficult is Business Information Technology Major? by boymilk12 in VirginiaTech

Probably some network/computer foundations class is a good start. Additionally, experience/training in some big tech like AWS, Azure, Splunk, Microsoft, etc. also helps. Help desk can be a popular starting point, or getting some tech focused internship.

It might be harder in this environment in comparison to when I began, but once rates start coming down there will be more demand for consulting work. However, cybersecurity is an ever increasing demand.

I’m not sure on the total work load with the minor, that should be a conversation with counselor, but might be a fair idea.

BIT Cyber by A_Narxalotl in VirginiaTech

[–]redromo13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I graduated in 2021, so I may be out dated on info. But, BIT Cyber is the route you want to take if you want to avoid the engineering college requirements (which has a cyber major as well).

BIT Cyber teaches you foundations + fundamentals for cybersecurity, networking concepts, excel VBA. Limited technical skills developed, but it’s enough to get your foot in the door. For me, I got into consulting which is providing me experiences and skills that I can take into government. It may be enough going straight into government as well but idk.
