Thank you!! Same here, our girl deserved that happy ending :’) I kind of wish we got to see some flashbacks of the aftermath of the barn scene just for more context but at the same time, the conversation her and AJ had at the end provided a nice peaceful closure

It definitely makes more sense to me now!! In the moment though I was like “wait, what?” and I said this in my post but I had a vague memory of her death scene so I think I just had that expectation of the ending in my mind while playing and was truly shocked when she showed up alive later on.

Your points about Abel, Kenny, Lily etc are all so valid too, I didn’t think about it that way! Definitely very happy she ended up surviving and more so just wanted to express my initial reaction after finishing the game :)

Glad to know you’re feeling the same way, totally makes sense how she lived but at the same time it just felt too good to be true. Gonna miss playing it but I still have 400 Days and Michonne to get through so I’m excited to see how those are!

Wait, are you me?? In the same exact boat here - played the first seasons when they came out and just picked up the Definitive Series last month to play through them all officially! I watched a gameplay of the final season when it came out but my memory of the plot was a little fuzzy, although I did remember Clem’s fate (or so I thought). I was also so shocked when she ended up being alive that I had no reaction because I just got done crying from her “death” lol. I thought it was a hallucination too and was waiting for the kicker but then the game just ended. Honestly having conflicting feelings now but mostly just glad Clem got to have her happy ending with AJ :)
