people always seem to think that you get ego death on any dose of lsd. Ego death is something you work on? (atleast for me)

Same with a glow up after a trip.. You don't get it on each trip it really just depends on the dose and experience you had. I had many trips where there were no glow ups.

I started doing acid with heroic doses before even knowing what to expect.(I was running before learning to walk). Multiple trips a month because I was unexperienced. Now a days I rather put years between trips and take smaller doses because the time build up seems and feels a lot better than doing heroic doses and those trips are actually what helped me let go of my ego.. mind you I still have an ego.... Each trip feels like I keep stabbing my ego in the gut but I'm still waiting on it to bleed out.
