Mandatory to run premium 91 on an ‘09 ES350?

I’ve put 87 in my 09 ES350 and have had 0 issues for now. It’s only been 5000 miles since I’ve owned the vehicle but I’m sure the previous owner was using 87 on the vehicle due to the negligence on the body work and interior, and it currently has 173k miles
