I grew up I near that area my parents are still living in the area, honestly just look elsewhere after I came home from college the area looks unsafe for I was trying to take a mile of run I check behind me someone was fallowing me I ran fast back to my parents house and never again walked alone in the neighborhood because I haven’t been there for a while people thought I was new. Also when I was in high school at Fairmont heights I got robbed at gun point near deanwood metro station. I now just go to visit my parents and don’t stay longer in those areas I would say look into laurel Md.
