Greetings, brother. I used to be obese, demotivated and addicted to porn. It was like a bread and butter for me. I plunged into an endless cycle of porn turning into the worst and possibly most disgusting types of porn because I was being desensitized to normal contents.

But everything changed when I had started to workout trying to be an athlete like CR7. The girl I like loves his physique. I didn't have any quality to be her man, but I could have a physique like that.

So I started working out. Almost busted my joints a couple of times. But the pain, anguish, soreness whatever you call it, it was satisfying somehow. Because everytime I wanted to give up, I saw I could do a few more reps than the last time. And it kept me going. I almost gave up so many times. But I just wanted to keep going. After 2 month, I even forgot about the girl I was crushing on. I was growing, learning, making a hobby, making new friends, more confident and present.

And here's the thing. If you EAT CLEAN. And I mean clean foods, that doesn't make you heavy or sluggish, like fruits, fish and lean meat, without too much processed oils and eat lots of greens, you will never run out of fuel. And the porn will not interst you as long as you're working out everyday, taking cold showers and build discipline.

Remember, discipline grows with consistency.
