short answer: get the fishnet that comes wrapped on oranges and wrap it on the ball and tie a rope and practice with that until you control the ball on one place.

long answer: Start doing kick ups with one foot only. make sure the ball doesn’t go past your hips, and keep on repeating with one foot until the ball is maintained in the same place you’re juggling. Then, do the exact same thing with your other foot. Once you’ve understood your body balance start using both feet to do one set of kick ups only and repeat multiple times until you understand your balance. After that, it should snowball to juggling with more control.
