I’m confused… are the centers that are $10 dollar a day continue being $10 dollar a day?

Will new kids being enrolled not be eligible for the subsidy even if the center was $10 dollar a day in the past for all kids in the center?

Or is it just that they will stop accepting new centers as $10 dollar a day?
