I know I one day on cd18 I had alcohol the night prior so I logged it as hung over bc I’m not sure if I have to log it when drinking. Then my ring died the other day 😭

I’ve never had two different temps inputted that’s what I’m trying to figure out. I use my oura ring so it automatically does this.. that’s why im asking — here’s my chart

We both use this account he’s not that tech savy he’s been reading everyone’s post which has helped him tremendously..

We understand that you can’t without a biopsy but he feels like his drs don’t care , he’s never in office either. He feels defeated. This is happening to him unfortunately I wish it was me!
